Identified - Nordea Bank in Finland and Sweden is experiencing technical issues affecting Finnish and Swedish consumers.

The bank has issued an official communication where it is stated that some of its open banking services like AIS and PIS are having technical issues. However, at present, the bank has not communicated an expected time for resolving these issues. Meanwhile, we are looking for alternative solutions.

Investigating - Nordea bank is experiencing technical issues affecting Swedish consumers paying with Nordea.

For the time being, the bank has not communicated an ETA regarding when the issue will be resolved. We will continue reaching out to the bank to get an official comment. Meanwhile, we are looking for alternative solutions.

Update - We are continuing to actively work with Swedbank on resolving the payout processing delays in Sweden. We do not yet have a full resolution, but the situation remains as previously communicated: payouts are expected to settle within a few hours, with a maximum delay of one business day in rare cases.

Resolved - Starting 13 March 2025, S-Pankki Bank experienced reduced performance, which temporarily impacted conversion rates in Finland.

A mitigating fix was rolled out on March 14, 2025 which immediately impacted conversion positively. Following a short period of continuous improvement, conversion has since been restored back to historic levels. Nonetheless, we’re continuing to closely monitor the bank’s performance and are collaborating with the bank’s technical team to determine the root cause.
